Subway direct (1 min) from the hotel, but no noise pollution, overall very quiet. Starbucks and 7/11 around the corner. Big room
Our request to have 2 blankets for the one queen bed was not granted, sometimes they brought one blanket without sheets, then 3 sheets without blankets ... so I gave up.

Just a prime choice for a short layover in Boston with reasonable price. The housekeepers were friendly and greeted us with smiles while we passed by. Make sure to ask for any specific room preferences to ensure comfort.

Perfect food, incredible staff at the reception desk. Spotless and updated room overall, with big bathroom. Great and beautiful location next to T station, minutes from Kenmore Square.

Had particularly good and absolutely perfect location to events, near Kenmore Square. The service was exceptional, I was offered a complimentary breakfast with pastry coupons and a refill, as for instance.

Such a prime spot! A quick stroll to Fenway and a beautiful room with a view of that iconic Citgo sign. Spacious and comfy-like a hug from a cloud!
But honestly, I was ready to declare war on the housekeeping after my uninvited bed makeover! I guess they mistook my 'Do Not Disturb' for 'Please Redecorate'.

Very big room. Very friendly staff. Very clean.
The regulation with the additional charge for shuttle, snacks, water and WLAN. I didn't need that.

The cleanliness, the friendliness, the service, the breakfast in the Oyster bar, parking. Everything is wonderful. It is really a 5-star hotel. The view of Fenway Park and the central location.

Great location for baseball fans
Since we had a longer stay, our room was only cleaned every third day.

great room , but needs better maintenance
The early check-in was a huge relief , allowing me extra time to settle in. The modern design of the room felt inviting and was perfect for my needs. Maintenance responded swiftly to the A/C issue. I also appreciated the interactive recommendations for local attractions that were tailored to my interests.
The slight noise from the A/C was a bit distracting at times.
